A small project for creating an (hopefully) automated wing for search & rescue or disaster/emergency response.
The wing should be able to
- Have a 10 km minimum radius of action from the point of launch
- Capture and transmit imagery in visible and IR spectrum
- Automatically navigate from the point of launch to the designated point of interest
- Automatically take off
- Automatically land
The software components will include navigation software, embedded software, route planning software, etc.
